I had fun designing this. A vanilla sponge with chocolate mousse filling, buttercream icing and fondant decorations.
A two tier, 8″ and 6″ vanilla sponge filled with raspberry filling and vanilla buttercream. Lower tier covered in fondant, upper tier with buttercream and sprinkles – lots of sprinkles! Fondant bow to top it all off.

I provided the cake – lemon cake with lemon curd filling, covered in plain white fondant, and Dani designed and made the decorations (with some supervision and help). I think she did a great job!
